Position Summary
The 2026 Seasonal Food & Beverage Server position at Stone Peak Restaurant offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a destination restaurant in a world-class mountain setting. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about guest service, thrive in a polished dining environment, and take pride in creating memorable experiences for restaurant guests as well as those attending weddings, retreats, and special events.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant, including menus, beverages, products, and promotions
- Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu and beverage-related inquiries, and confidently explain daily features
- Offer informed menu recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver a consistently elevated standard of service
- Provide professional service during weddings, retreats, banquets, and special events
- Communicate clearly with guests and the kitchen regarding dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to ensure safe and accurate service
- Ensure food and beverages are presented with exceptional attention to detail before delivery
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to dining room tables
- Process guest bills and payments accurately
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Clear, set, polish, and clean tables, glassware, and utensils before, during, and after service
- Prepare the dining room and service stations prior to, during, and following each service
- Ensure dining, banquet, and service areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide seamless service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Support catering and event operations during peak periods
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to commit to a seasonal contract
- Flexible in scheduling to meet business levels
- Highly self-motivated, with a can-do attitude that is willing to achieve excellence
- Strong teamwork skills
- Able to work in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to high-quality standards
Experience
- 1 year of serving/bartending experience
- Valid ProServe certification or equivalent
